Practical Tools and Resources

The exercises and resources here have been created by and for staff who work with the public, and for those managing them. They can help you think through the social inclusion issues you face, decide what improvements you can make, and help you find support to make any changes.

Use our handy guide to the resources including a list of our 19 short exercises.  This tells you how long the exercises take, and gives more details on the contents of each reading section that accompanies the exercises.

Make things easy for yourself by choosing sections that appeal to you to start off. Work with others if it helps  - and make the sum of your efforts even greater than the parts!
